Utilities Billing Customer Information System

The Vendor is required to provide utility billing software and customer information system (CIS) software must integrate all aspects of our utility services including customer account management, billing and collections, meter reading systems and software, asset and work order management software, and customer payment and portal systems.
- Assume responsibility for leading the implementation of the software solution in partnership with a city appointed project manager, including any data conversion that may be required to transition from the current software.
