Enterprise Asset Management and Work Order Software

The Vendor is required to provide enterprise asset management and work order software solution will eventually be utilized by multiple departments through a phased implementation strategy, completing each phase before moving to the next.
- Technical specifications and functional requirements:
1. Platform support and access:
• Support android, iOS, and windows platforms.
• Single sign-on capability utilizing google or ADFS.
• Allow for mobile access for field personnel.
• The ability to handle various attachments, including photos, videos, and pdfs.
• The ability to update work order status at a frequency of 15 minutes or less.
2. Software and data standards:
• Any middleware or mapping integration code shall be written in python or PHP.
• All middleware and mapping code shall be owned by the city.
• The solution shall be compatible with chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft edge browsers.
• For cloud-hosted solutions, all city data must remain and be hosted within the continental country.
3. Required system integrations:
• Esri GIS: the system shall integrate with ArcGIS enterprise 11.5, ArcGIS pro 3.5, and the water utility network.
• Work orders shall be visible in a web map format via ArcGIS enterprise compatible map views.
• Cis infinity: the solution must support two-way communication with the cis infinity utility billing system. This includes syncing the creation, updating, and cancellation of service orders and work orders between the two systems.
• Tyler ERP/Munis and EPL: the system must integrate with tyler ERP/Munis for querying capital assets, inventory, and employee salary information.
• The system shall integrate with Tyler EPL/Energov to create service orders for backflow inspections, building permits, and water permits.
- Optional system integrations:
• The city is interested in integrations with document management, AVL/GPS for location services (locate underground utilities before digging) and rave alert system to trigger citizen notifications/alerts.
