3. SaaS support & maintenance
• Support available Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ct.
• Help desk and issue resolution
• Vendor-managed SaaS updates and releases
4. Cloud hosting
• Vendor-managed secure cloud environment
• SaaS backup, replication, and recovery
• System availability SLA and monitoring.
