Distributed Antenna Systems

The Vendor is required to provide distributed antenna systems (DAS) contractor for maintenance, service, and repairs on an “as required basis.
- Requirement:
• Guarantee an emergency response time no greater than four (4) hours and a nonemergency response time no greater than eight (8) hours.
• Staff must adhere to national fire alarm and signaling code (NFPA) 72-2025.
• Services may be initiated based on contractor’s 24 x 7 x 365 remote monitoring. County may also call or email to initiate a service request.
• Annual system availability and performance report sent to department within three (3) business days after completion of annual preventative maintenance.
• The installed all have cat 6a/XTP cabling to the prospective communications room. All cabling is terminated, tested, labeled and certified 10gig.
