Emergency Management and Incident Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide emergency management and incident management software will support preparedness, response, and recovery operations, while also serving as a tool for day-to-day operational coordination across county departments and partnered agencies.
- The software is intended to achieve the following key objectives:
• Establish a common operating picture across all county departments and partner agencies
• Enable real-time situational awareness for both in-person and virtual staff
• Support multi-agency coordination during incidents
• Improve information sharing, reporting, and task tracking for timely, accurate decision-making
• Provide a scalable platform for routine operations and planned or unplanned events
• Facilitate ICS forms and recovery operations, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
