• Full data encryption: TLS 1.2+ for transit; aes-256 for data at rest
• Documented incident response plan with 24/7 breach notification procedures
• Vulnerability management program including patching SLAs
• Log management and real-time monitoring capabilities
• Compliance with state data retention and public records requirements
• Third-party risk management policies for subcontractors
• Annual penetration testing and independent security assessments
