Rehabilitation Electronic Medical Records System

The Vendor is required to provide rehabilitation electronic medical records (EMR) system for rehabilitation management software system to manage physical, occupational, speech therapy and audiology services for geriatric residents/registrants of the home and should take into consideration all aspects of rehabilitation operating in a skilled nursing facility including all aspects of rehabilitation management.
- The solution must seamlessly integrate with the net-smart my-unity EMR, support billing and claims workflows, ensure MDS compliance, and include features such as automated documentation alerts.
- Prices must be included for all modules and should remain in effect for the entire contract term.
- The home is anticipating a go-live date of March 31, 2027.
