HubSpot Design, Implementation, and Support Services

The Vendor is required to provide HubSpot design, implementation, and support platform is used by several port organizations for a variety of processes including external relations and aviation commercial management.
- Requirement:
• Document requirements for processes/features to be built on the HubSpot platform
• Design documentation that may include the data model and flow between HubSpot features.
• Design and configure HubSpot custom features, forms, and integrations based on requirements solicited.
• Train users in the platform and creating training documentation
• Serve as system administrator for global functions that are implemented across departments.
• System administration duties including data hygiene, archiving, editing the subscription page in html, managing and editing new users and user roles, incorporating new functionality, fixing system errors and validating data flow through the system, developing and editing the data model to enable new fields and functions to be added, building and testing workflows, creating and maintaining forms, monitoring system performance and optimization.
• Technical support and troubleshooting for system users.
• Consult on best practices and new HubSpot features and functionality.
