Case Management and Reporting Software

The Vendor is required to provide case management and reporting software for include:
- High level system requirements
• Case intake / case summary
• Case assessment
• Statistical reporting, including ad-hoc reporting capabilities
• Case tracking, look-up and search capabilities
• Required state reporting
• Quarterly work plan development
• HIPAA and CJIS compliance
• API capabilities.
- System configuration, implementation and testing
• System design
• System installation
• System configuration
• System integration/interface builds
• Data conversion and migration
• Development of a test plan in collaboration with the city
• Test plan is expected to align with, and be traceable to, the city’s requirements
• Test plan will be subject to city approval
• Selected vendor will be responsible for correcting any defects found during testing, prior to go-live.
• Initial testing
• Interface testing
• User acceptance testing (UAT)
• Go live.
