The Vendor is required to provide software licensing, subscriptions, manufacturer support, and associated services necessary to support the continued operation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise file services capabilities.
- Requirement:
• Procurement of required nutanix software licensing.
• Three (3) year software subscription renewal.
• Manufacturer software support.
• Software license entitlement, validation, and activation support.
• Integration support for the existing bit nutanix environment.
• Deployment guidance and configuration best practice recommendations.
• Enhancement of enterprise file services functionality.
• Storage management optimization guidance.
• Administrative and operational documentation.
• Knowledge transfer services for designated BIT personnel.
