The Vendor is required to provide email marketing platform to send out notices, rule changes, and information to our licensees and certificate holders.
- The platform requires will be able to handle that number of email addresses with the ability to expand in the immediate future.
- SMS automation is a plus but not a necessity.
- The platform that matches our needs will be a one-stop shop and robust enough to handle several email campaign sends monthly.
