User Testing and Research Platform

The vendor is required to provide commercial-off-the-shelf (cots) software as-a-service (SaaS) user testing and research platform (the “platform”) to plan, execute, analyze, and store user research and usability testing in French and English across programs and digital products—supporting evidence based service and product decisions.
- The platform will help user researchers and designers within the department improve navigation and user flow of web content and validate design concepts while enabling secure data handling, accessibility-compliant participant experiences, and integrations with existing collaboration and analytics tools.
- Requirement:
• A cots SaaS platform, with approximately 25 user access rights, at contract start and the ability to purchase additional access rights during the contract at approximately the same cost (±10%).
• Licensing/platform access, ongoing service support, and suite setup/configuration (workspace; roles/permissions; security controls; data retention/deletion and audit logs).
• The ability to create, manage and execute studies in French and English and their delivery
• A multiple workspace with permission-based controls and data segregation.
• A structured storage and organization of collected data, plus secure export in structured formats (word, excel, csv, etc.).
• Near real-time insights via dashboards and reports meeting performance targets.
• Scalability to support growth in respondents, channels, and concurrent users without degradation.
