Housing Property Management System

The Vendor is required to provide property management system must be built on a flexible platform that provides secure, anytime-anywhere access for both internal staff and external users, including prospective tenants, applicants, and existing tenants, and this platform enables seamless integration with other enterprise it applications, including but not limited to the corporate intranet, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft office suite, corporate document management system, and custom web applications.
- Mandatory technical requirements
• Data at rest must be encrypted
• Solution must have regular data/system backups
• Solution must fully support at least one of the following browsers: Microsoft edge, google chrome, or Firefox.
• Solution must enforce minimum encryption protocol of TLS 1.2 and newer
• Solution must support authentication via Microsoft azure ad and multi-factor authentication.
