Coordinated Access System

The Vendor is required to provide integrated coordinated access (ICA) system operates within a network of partners and service providers.
• Overall service system design, including centralized, decentralized, and hybrid delivery model options.
• Governance, ownership, and accountability model options for the ICA system.
• Assessment of the role of cart relative to ICA, including whether functions should remain distinct, integrated, or restructured.
• The functional and structural relationship between ICA, HIFIS, and CART, assessed as components of a single coordinated access system, including identification of opportunities to consolidate, streamline, or reassign functions within a unified future state service system.
• Referral pathways, access points, triage, and handoff processes.
