Enterprise Asset Management Excellence Assessment and Future Readiness Services

The Vendor is required to provide enterprise asset management excellence assessment and future readiness engagement will establish a baseline understanding of the effectiveness, maturity, and future readiness of agency asset management system and associated asset management capabilities.
- The assessment will evaluate common enterprise asset management system elements as well as distribution-specific and transmission-specific asset management practices.
