Migrant Education Data System

The Vendor is required to provide
• Include every eligible migrant student in state each performance period (September 1st of the current year to august 31st of the following year)
• Incorporate electronic COEs to document all eligible migrant families
• Include data fields to enter all of the minimum data elements required by migrant student data exchange (MSIX)
• Include data fields to enter all of the data by student required by OME for the CSPR
• Upload to MSIX daily (i.e. Monday through Friday each week)
• Generate a consolidated state performance report (CSPR) report with all of the required data fields each year at the end of the performance period.
