ESL LIBS Imaging System

The Vendor is required to provide ESL libs imaging system for include:
• Wavelength : 213 nm
• Repetition rate 1-20hz
• Fluence: 25 j/cm2 at the sample surface
• Spot sizes: 4-250 microns
• ESL designed and manufactured tempest laser head that provides 6mj output for maximum sensitivity
• Closed-loop, encoder-driven xyz stages with nanometer-scale precision
• 10nm step resolution and 100nm return accuracy
• Software-selectable spot shaping (circular & rectangular available IN 1µM increments) with no hardware change
• High-resolution sample viewing using a 5mp camera and bespoke microscope assembly to provide optical resolution of less than 2 microns
• Fully integrated libs with simultaneous la-ICP-MS capability
• Optical detection fibers integrated into the laser ablation sample chamber at site of ablation
• End-to-end software automation, optimization, and data traceability using iolite software.
