On-Line, Web-Based Knowledge Testing System

The vendor is required to provide determining the commercial availability of an on-line, web-based knowledge testing system for driver services.
- The system must include the functionality to verify the identity of the parent or guardian who will serve as the knowledge test proctor for the fifteen to seventeen (15-17) years of age individual taking the test while protecting examination integrity.
- The system must also include the functionality to confirm all necessary components of hardship approval before an individual who is fourteen (14) years of age is allowed to take the on-line knowledge test.
