Email Connector Solution

The Vendor is required to provide email connector solution for include:
• Provide a general overview of the email connector solution, including how it connects or interacts with Microsoft outlook and SharePoint online.
• Provide information on the licensing and subscription models generally available for the email connector solution, including typical licensing structures, available options or tiers and associated functionality, and any minimum licensing or subscription commitments.
• Identify the Microsoft outlook environments supported by the solution, including outlook classic, new outlook, and outlook on the web, as applicable.
• Provide information on how shared mailboxes are typically addressed under the available licensing models. Identify which features are included in the standard offering and which require additional modules, add-ons, or third-party components.
• Provide information on how licence additions, removals, and reassignments are typically managed under the available licensing models.
• Identify any technical prerequisites, Microsoft licensing requirements, or other components commonly required to operate the solution.
• General description of the support and maintenance services typically included with the solution.
