Strata Workforce Intelligence System

The Vendor is required to provide strata workforce intelligence system software published by performance protocol to be used for recruitment, development, and retention of law enforcement officers.
• Providing the software, the awarded vendor shall provide initial setup and calibration of the software, including working with department recruitment personnel to configure workflows, boards, and automated messaging to department preferences and processes.
• Test the software before it goes into production. The vendor shall also migrate data from existing recruitment software, lead line applicant tracking system, to the new software.
• Include unlimited users and department can add users at any point during the contract; vendor shall train department personnel on the system either in-person or remotely.
