Integrated Municipal Ticketing, Adjudication, and Online Payment System

The Vendor is required to provide modern, fully integrated, commercial off-the-shelf (cots), software-as-a-service (SaaS), end-to-end turnkey solution that enhances operational efficiency, customer service, workflow automation, reporting and analytics, financial reconciliation, security, system integration, and long-term scalability.
- Provide all software licensing, implementation, configuration, data migration, testing, integration, training, documentation, ongoing maintenance, software updates, technical support, and all other services necessary to deliver a fully operational solution.
