Affiliation Agreement and Clinical Placement Management for School of Nursing

Affiliation Agreement and Clinical Placement Management System to track and manage affiliation agreements and to serve as the system of record for planning, securing, tracking, and reporting on clinical placements for multiple nurse practitioner programs, including both on-campus and distance (Digital Education) cohorts, representing roughly 400 graduate-level students annually.
- The major goal of this project is to replace fragmented, manual processes with a centralized and scalable platform, improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden for staff, provide clear visibility into placements, affiliation agreements, and compliance at all times, support growth across programs, including future expansion, and integrate cleanly into university existing technology ecosystem.
