Environmental Health and Safety Solution

Provide a comprehensive Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) software platform that will enable real-time management and optimization of EHS processes across the
organization.
- This platform should integrate tools for managing incidents, inspections, risk assessments, audits, chemical management, regulatory compliance, training tracking, and reporting, aimed at ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.
- System Integration:
o Provide API-based integration with OSH’s existing enterprise systems.
o Ensure data interoperability with safety monitoring platforms and inventory tracking systems.
o Ensure compatibility with existing OSH systems, including Oregon Workday for employee data and the hospital’s internal incident tracking system.
o Provide data import/export capabilities from these systems at a minimum, with the potential for deeper integration as needed for seamless interoperability.
- Solution must meet the following technical requirements:
• Cloud-based deployment with secure hosting and uptime guarantees.
• User-friendly interface with accessible navigation for non-technical staff.
• Robust reporting engine for customizable dashboards and analytics.
• Scalable architecture to accommodate future growth and evolving safety requirements.
• Provide mobile functionality that includes offline capabilities for inspections and incident reporting to ensure uninterrupted operations.
