- Software services suppliers to establish a standardized, department-wide work order system to facilitate improved communication, accountability, workflow planning, and operational efficiencies. The system must integrate with ArcGIS Enterprise, develop work orders tied directly to mapped assets that include infrastructure, land management/ general grounds maintenance, fleet and equipment, inspections and regulatory tracking with a proven record in the public sector applications.
- The system should establish standardized department-wide workflows while allowing limited configuration to meet the operational needs of different facilities without sacrificing consistency.
