- Objective:
A. Establish a Sustainable Support Model
Develop and implement a scalable support framework that enables departments to maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions while supporting new development needs.
B. Enhance Governance and Security
Implement best practices for platform governance, security, and lifecycle management to ensure compliance, data integrity, and responsible use across the enterprise.
C. Promote Citizen Development and Innovation
Empower City staff through training, enablement, and support structures that encourage responsible citizen development while maintaining oversight and consistency.
D. Advance Equity and Accessibility Goals
Ensure that Power Platform solutions are designed and supported in ways that promote digital inclusion, accessibility, and equitable access to technology across all departments and communities.
E. Provide Strategic and Technical Expertise
Leverage vendor expertise to guide the City through platform evolution, including architecture, solution design, DevOps, and integration with other enterprise systems.
F. Support Change Management and Adoption
Assist with organizational change management, communications, and training to drive adoption and insure long-term success of the Power Platform across the City.
