Human Resources (K-12) Case Management Software

Proposals for a secure, cloud-based case management and investigation software designed to support district-wide incident reporting, case intake, workflow management, documentation, investigation tracking, and reporting. The District seeks to implement a standardized system that enhances consistency, accountability, confidentiality, and operational efficiency across Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Compliance.

- Objectives are to:
A. Centralize case intake, incident reporting, and documentation
B. Standardize investigative and case management practices
C. Eliminate fragmented reporting systems and departmental silos
D. Track cases from initial intake through final resolution
E. Automate workflow routing, notifications, reminders, and escalations
F. Improve accountability through audit trails and case-status tracking
G. Protect confidential employee and District information
H. Support compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and District policies
I. Provide secure reporting, dashboards, analytics, and trend analysis
J. Reduce administrative workload and manual tracking processes
K. Support district-wide adoption across multiple departments
L. Provide a scalable and sustainable software for long-term use
