• Part B — Operational Workflow System: Unified program administration across 17 OHFA offices covering Multifamily Housing (4% and 9% LIHTC, MLP, FHA Risk Share, HDAP, HOME, NHTF, OHTF, 811 PRA), Single Family Programs (Tax Credits, Residential Lending, Down Payment Assistance, MCC, Loan Administration), Capital Markets, Asset Management, Internal/External Compliance, Legal, Research & Analysis, and Enterprise CRM/Help Desk
