• Updating the chart of accounts
• Automating the tracking of projects and grants
• Utilizing electronic workflows in place of paper-based processes for approvals of requests, such as budget transfers, personnel actions, and purchase orders
• Tracking receivables centrally and in real time
• Utilizing self-service portals for vendors, customers, and employees to allow them to update their information, request certain actions, and view the status of those actions
