A government agency in Saskatchewan issued “Adversarial Exposure Validation Platform” (RFP). Solicitation SYS-7001 closes on November 16, 2026. Eligibility: Canada Organization. Submissions via Online Portal.
Cloud-based adversarial exposure validation platform that continuously discovers SGI’s attack surface and safely tests whether vulnerabilities, identity weaknesses, misconfigurations and other exposures can be exploited.
- Solution must autonomously validate attack paths across SGI’s external, internal, identity, cloud, application, API and hybrid environments, show how attackers could reach critical assets, and provide clear evidence and practical remediation guidance
- Platform Objectives:
• Validate which exposures, vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, identity weaknesses, credential risks, and control gaps are exploitable in SGI’s environment.
• Reduce the interval between introduction or disclosure of a high-risk exposure and validated exploitability, with a target of same-day validation for agreed high-risk triggers.
• Autonomously identify and demonstrate attack progression to SGI defined Crown Jewel assets while minimizing operational risk.
• Continuously discover and monitor external attack-surface assets, including unknown, unmanaged, and unauthorized assets or services.
• Assess whether network, endpoint, identity, cloud, application, API, and security-monitoring controls prevent, detect, contain, or respond to demonstrated techniques.
• Prioritize remediation using demonstrated exploitability, attack path position, asset criticality, business context, and defensive visibility rather than severity alone.
• Provide detailed, environment specific remediation guidance and immediate targeted validation after a fix is applied.
• Provide complete, time-stamped evidence and audit logs for every test action, whether successful or unsuccessful.
• Demonstrate measurable improvement in exposure closure time, attack-path reduction, segmentation effectiveness, and defensive coverage over time.
• Support SGI’s PCI DSS obligations through current ASV credentials, quarterly scanning, required rescans, and audit-suitable attestations and reports.
