ERP Solution and Implementation Partner Services

Vendors to provide a modern, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning solution and related implementation services including data migration, training, organizational change management, go-live support, hypercare and transition to ongoing operations.
- ERP Solution must support the City’s in-scope Financial Management, Municipal Financial Management, , Procurement, and Customer Service and Self-Service capabilities and the accompanying Requirements Workbook, including integration to the Human Resources and Payroll system.
- ERP modernization:
• Standardize processes and reduce manual workarounds. Adopt consistent and sustainable processes appropriate to a municipality of Wetaskiwin’s size and capacity.
• Establish trusted data and reporting. Improve data quality, ownership, reconciliation, transparency and access to timely information.
• Enable integrated end-to-end workflows. Reduce duplicate entry and connect finance, procurement, human resources, payroll, municipal revenue and customer services.
• Configure before customizing. Prioritize standard, vendor-supported functionality and configuration and clearly justify any proposed customization.
• Design for users. Provide intuitive, accessible and role-appropriate experiences for employees, administrators, managers, residents and customers.
• Embed privacy, security and records management. Apply least privilege, segregation of duties, auditability, retention, legal hold and Canadian data residency by design.
• Create a scalable foundation. Support future legislative requirements, organizational change, integrations, analytics, automation and responsible innovation without unnecessary complexity
