The vendor is required to provide stenographic services for events including, but not limited to, depositions and public rule hearings.
- Stenographic services shall be either in-person or remote, utilizing agency -approved videoconference software.
- Agency is also seeking transcription services, which include transcription of audio and video recordings of events during which a stenographer was unavailable or not retained.
- Provide stenographer(s) that will be available to take a stenographic record of in-person or remote
• Agency events in real-time between agency normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
• Agency may have a need, on a rare occasion, to request a stenographer with as little as twenty-four (24) hours’ notices
• Agency typically schedules hearings sixty (60) days from notice of appeal or grievance. therefore, agency will typically make a request for a stenographer more than a month in advance
• Agency will notify respondent whether the stenographer(s) will need to appear in-person or remotely as soon as reasonably practicable.
- Provide a written and/or electronic transcript of the event, within fifteen (15) days from the close of the event.
- Transcripts will be prepared using the same format used by the courts of general jurisdiction in state.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
