Stenographic Services

The vendor is required to provide stenographic services for events including, but not limited to, depositions and public rule hearings.
- Stenographic services shall be either in-person or remote, utilizing department-approved videoconference software (currently Microsoft Teams).
- Provide all necessary equipment and supplies to record and transcribe the event.
- Transcription services, which include transcription of audio and video recordings of events during which a stenographer was unavailable or not retained.
- Agency may have a need, on a rare occasion, to request a stenographer with as little as twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.
- Contract Period/Term: 2 years
