The Vendor is required to provide to identify a highly accurate and reliable service provider capable of receiving audio files and transmitting accurate verbatim transcriptions via a secure method of transmission.
- Approximately 600 hours of recorded audio will require accurate transcript that is verbatim grammatically free of error each year.
- Be capable of providing quality Services in a consistent and timely manner and handle any volume of audio recordings, from occasional to high demand needs.
- Audio files length may be from 1 minute up to 2 hours or more depending on the incident and how many witnesses/injured workers are involved, meaning there could be more than 2 speakers in an audio recording.
- As an example, one MP3 file was 50 minutes in length and 45,164 kb.
- Accept source media content in various methods including, but not limited to:
• Upload to the Proponent’s online platform,
• Upload to the Proponent’s file transfer protocol (“FTP”) client/application; and,
• Email.
- Provide professional and timely Customer service support and response to questions and issues.
- Transcripts that require corrections (edits) shall be done by the Proponent at no additional cost and provided within seven to ten (7-10) calendar days from notification of deficiency.

• Transcription accuracy rate,
• Turnaround time for services,
• Transcript editing,
• Secure file transfer capability,
• Privacy protection strategies,
• Confidentiality measures,
• Supported file formats,
• Data retention policies,
• Description of workflow.
