The Vendor is required to provide real-time closed captioning services remotely for the city Channel 11 programming and web streaming.
- Closed captioning services are required but not limited to approximately 20 city council, 18 city council study sessions, 18 planning and zoning meetings, 3 city budget meetings, and any other broadcasted meetings requested by the city per year.
- Provide the digital encoder (HD Video) with IP/Serial interfaces for live broadcast.
