On-Site Communication Access Real-time Translation Services

The Vendor is required to provide information and availability for on-site communication access real-time translation (CART) services for a one-hour in-person event.
- Provide to ensure effective communication access and compliance with accessibility requirements for participants who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- On-site CART services delivered by a qualified real-time captioner.
- Real-time transcription of spoken content during the event.
- Display of live captions for attendees via:
•    Projection screen, monitor, or
•    Secure web-based link (if applicable).
- Necessary equipment required to provide services, including but not limited to:
•    Captioning hardware/software
•    Display interface
•    Audio input setup
- Brief pre-event coordination with agency staff regarding logistics and setup requirements.
- Must be available to provide live, on-site CART services during the event.
