Transcription Services

The Vendor is required to provide transcription services will allow staff to spend more time with families and children, leading to greater outcomes of safety, permanency and well-being.
- Requirement:
•    Procurement of a qualified vendor capable of providing 24/7 transcription services.
•    Implementation of a system that allows workers to call in and dictate case notes or upload a recording of case notes into a portal for transcription. 
•    Delivery of transcribed notes in a secure format that can be downloaded and uploaded into the agency existing system of record.
•    Integration planning and support to ensure smooth alignment with current data management systems.
•    Initial training and communication materials for staff to ensure proper adoption and usage.
