The Vendor is required to provide experienced in document remediation and video captioning services to provide services on an as‑needed basis.

- In limited circumstances, certain services may need to be provided on-site at agency campuses or office.

- Document Remediation: Assess document accessibility and accurately remediate digital documents, including but not limited to PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint files, to meet act of the Rehabilitation Act and current WCAG Level AA accessibility standards. Ensure documents are fully navigable, understandable, and usable by assistive technologies, including correct structural tagging, descriptive links, accessible tables and forms, sufficient color contrast, and proper language and validation settings.
- Captioning: Captioning and video accessibility services include providing fully accessible video captioning with 99% accuracy, ensuring content is accurate and usable for people with hearing and vision loss and usable by people of all abilities. These services will ensure full compliance with the 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and any other applicable accessibility standards, and include the availability of transcripts to support inclusive, searchable, and user-friendly content. Video content may include lectures, webinars, and streamed events. Provide support for multiple caption formats, multi-language options, and captioning for both live and pre-recorded materials.
