The Vendor is required to provide due process hearing transcription services include: (1) the transformation of audio recordings of administrative hearing transcripts into an electronic document with the capability to download into written form or (2) court reporter’s attendance at an administrative hearing to provide verbatim records of legal proceedings through stenography or voice writing.
- The final certified transcript must be presented as an electronic document with the capability of download in written form (e.g. Word doc, pdf, etc.).
- Responsibilities
• Receive audio recordings of hearing transcripts from office for transcription via a secure transmission method or provide court reporter to attend a hearing.
o Files are mpeg-4 container formats: audio only files are ma4 and audio + video files are mp4
• Transcribe hearing transcripts over the course of the contract, for an estimated total of 65-130 hours of audio to be transcribed, though the actual total may be higher or lower).
