Captioning Services

The Vendor is required to provide real-time captioning services for board meetings and other live events, as well as offline captioning services (adding captioning to prerecorded videos, webcasts, webinars, or other pre-recorded media) as needed.
- Offline Captioning – (Rate year 1-3 x 720 min x 3 years) + (Rate Year 4-5 x 720 minutes x 2 years) = 5-year Total
- Transcripts - (Rate Year 1-3 x 144 pages x 3 years) + (Rate Year 4-5 x 144 pages x 2 years) = 5-Year Total
- Onsite Real-Time Captioning (standard 8hrs)
- Remote Real-Time Captioning (standard 8hrs)
- Onsite Real-Time Captioning (overtime)
- Onsite Real-Time Captioning (emergency rate)
- Remote Real-Time captioning (overtime)
- Remote Real-Time Captioning (emergency rate)
- Incremental hours will be billed to the nearest 15 minutes calculated using the hourly rates quoted.
