Web-based Electronic Transcript Services

The Vendor is required to provide web-based electronic transcript services to deliver official academic credentials, primarily electronic and paper transcripts, diplomas, and certificates for students, alumni, and employers.
- Requirement:
•    Documents delivered directly to slate CRM via SFTP, web download, or saved online 
•    Credential verification 
•    Security and compliance 
•    Implementation and support 
•    User-friendly dashboards 
•    Functionality to create filters by school type, student DOB, student last name, credential type, country, delivery email address, sending institution, graduation year, state and province, delivery format, and sent date. 
•    Searchable library that retains all documents sent 
•    Automated message to sender when documents are received 
•    Sender (prospective student) profile data to include first name, last name, email address, DOB, address, city, state, zip, country of citizenship, phone number, gender, ethnicity, high school, self-reported GPA, self-reported test scores, class rank, area of academic interest, and parent education 
•    Real-time report writing functionality 
•    Customizable settings 
•    Analytics that display credential volume, top sending institutions, peer institution credential volume 
•    Tool to measure activity within a designated time frame 
•    Ability for senders to "express interest" in university.
