Real Time Closed Captioning Services

The Vendor is required to provide real time closed captioning services for agency television within schools.
- Provide a minimum of ninety-eight percent (98%) accuracy level word count per session
- provide adequate personnel to provide continuous, uninterrupted, real-time captioning through the conclusion of the meeting which may occasionally end well after 11:00 p.m. EST.
- Provide captioners with experience in comparable real time captioning services (e.g. board meetings, public hearings). Captioner shall be a certified shorthand reporter (CSR) and a registered professional reporter (RPR).
