Interview Transcription Services

The Vendor is required to provide interview transcription services should include an app that goes on either an iPhone or an android to record and submit the recordings to a secure portal with end-to-end encryption.
- Tasks
• The information is confidential under state general statute, so recordings and transcriptions must be handled discretely and securely.
• Investigators will need a secure portal in which they can upload recordings and download transcriptions.
• The transcriptions should be in MS word format with reference line numbers running down page.
• The transcriptions must be accurate.
• Signature line at the bottom of the transcript for the investigator to sign indicating that they have reviewed the transcript and it is accurate.
• Header at the top of the transcript that indicates the case number, the interviewer(s), and the interviewee.
• Phone app (iPhone and android) for investigators to be able to use in order to record interviews and then submit them for transcription.
• The uploaded recording should be accessible to the investigator through the secure web portal.
