Government in Oregon issued “Interpreter and Translation Services” (RFP (Request for Proposal)). Solicitation TIS-0491 closes on November 12, 2026. Eligibility: USA Organization. Submissions via Email.
Interpreter and Translation Services for individuals and groups with limited English proficiency and/or who are deaf or hard of hearing that are receiving County services and/or interacting with the County. Services at minimum shall include readily available health care interpreters for the following required languages (Tier 1): American Sign Language (ASL), Russian, and Spanish, the following preferred languages
(Tier 2): Burmese, Chinese, Chuukese, Marshallese, Punjabi, Romanian, Somali, Swahili, Vietnamese, and including a variety of other languages, and less commonly available specific dialects (Tier 3), including: Akateko, Chuj, Ixil, K’iche’, Mam, Mixteco Bajo, Purepecha, Q’anjob’al, Q’eqchi’, and Zapoteco and all other languages available(Tier 4).
- Readily available pre-scheduled and on-demand interpreter services via:
o On-site/in-person including ASL
o Over-the-phone
o Video remote including ASL
Proposals for TIS-0491 are due by November 12, 2026.
