- Translation Services On an as-needed basis, the Board will send forms, webpages, logos, slogans, guides, notifications, outreach and promotional materials, scripts for informational or training
videos, and other informational and technical documents, as required, to the Contractor for translation into one or more of the following languages:

• Korean
• Lao

• Portuguese
• Punjabi
• Russian
• Spanish
• Tagalog

- Design Services: Some language translations will require that documents be redesigned in Adobe InDesign, or another format, to appropriately present the translated language. This design work shall
be performed by Contractor and billed at an hourly rate, in addition to the translation work.
Proposals for TIS-0494 are due by November 3, 2026.
