The vendor is required to provide that flexible benefits plan third party administrator (TPA) service interests, to request additional information or clarifications from respondents, or allow corrections of errors or omissions.
- Indicates acceptance by the firm of the conditions contained in this request for proposals, unless any and all such exceptions are clearly and specifically noted in the proposal submitted and confirmed in the contracts between the district and the firm(s) selected.
- The spring open enrollment process will be handled by the district, with completed enrollment forms being provided to the selected firm.
- All firms must be able to provide debit card services and direct deposit reimbursements to employees elect this service.
- Eligible employee reimbursements must be processed within 10 business days.
- The district will require the successful proposer prepare form 5500
- The district will remit funds to the TPA on a bi-weekly basis for payroll deductions and on a monthly basis for HRA contributions.
