The vendor is required to provide that wage pay card services for the benefit of its employees and stakeholders.
- Services:
• A comprehensive no fee; pay to the penny; wage pay card offering to agency employees in all wage ranges
• Same day funding i.e., no period of service delay from the time funds are transferred from agency to the provider; to the time the employee’s wages are deposited and accessible on the card.
• A secure, transparent, regulated insured source of funding
• A service free of service fees and initial use fees
• A globally recognized reusable card partner e.g. visa, master card, american express
• An option to co-brand the card logo
• A verifiable functionality withing nationally recognized interbank, eft and pos networks including the us postal service, the federal government and all state government facilities e.g., recreation etc.
• An ability to offer electronic and contactless payment
• Optional international money transfer options.
• A hassle-free loss mitigation and card replacement program
• bi-lingual customer service and support offering
• Customer service availability, 7 days per week including recognized city public holidays
• Reporting capability shared with agency including for example dormant cards, unused cards and unusual activity
• Downstream integration capabilities sit Ariba and SAP.
