Third-Party Review and Modeling Services

The vendor is required to provide professional engineering services for third-party reviews of drainage studies and improvement plans, and modeling services, on an as-needed basis.
- The selected consultants will primarily support agency staff with the review of drainage studies for various development projects within the unincorporated county.
- The drainage study review aims to verify that modeling techniques are appropriate and to ensure compliance with hydrology and hydraulics standards, and as applicable, storm water quality regulatory requirements.
- Selected consultants will be expected to be able to access and review commonly used modeling software such as HEC-RAS, Storm, Storm CAD, etc.
- Modeling and master planning efforts, the selected consultants will be expected to work closely with Agency staff and to deliver complete drainage reports and electronic models, unless directed otherwise by the agency.
