The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive revenue cycle management (RCM) services.
- Provides a wide range of services, including immunizations, tuberculosis (TB) management, sexual health services, refugee health assessments, and community wellness initiatives.
- Medical billing and coding services: deliver billing services, including accurate and compliant coding for medical services beyond immunizations, to minimize claim denials and optimize revenue.
- Credentialing management: ensure all providers are fully credentialed with government and commercial payers while maintaining credentialing records in alignment with regulatory standards.
- Compliance assurance: implement processes to ensure adherence to federal, state, and commercial payer compliance guidelines, including regular audits and coding reviews.
