Healthcare Enrollment Administration and District Relation Liaison Team and Direct Billing Services

The Vendor is required to provide healthcare enrollment administration and district relation liaison team and direct billing services.
- Agency-care provides coverage for eligible retirees, their dependents, surviving spouses, and surviving dependent children.
- This program is a self-funded entitlement program with participants directly enrolling with agency upon a qualifying event, e.g., retirement.  
- The enrollment vendor collects eligibility and enrollment data from each participating entity, or their third-party administrator, and provides that data in electronic format to agency.
- Contract Period/Term: 2 years
