The vendor is required to provide benefits administrator services, effective January 1, 2026, for the county of ocean and its affiliated entities.
- Benefits administrator responsible for managing employee benefit programs on behalf of the county:
•    Actives + early retirees
•    Open enrollment services
•    Ongoing enrollment services
•    Aca services and compliance
•    Cobra and direct bill
•    Customer support.
